War: An Enquiry

A.C. Grayling — one of Britain's most prominent philosophers — wrote War: An Enquiry not to give us easy answers. He wrote it to force us to question everything we think we know about war:

— When can war be considered "just"?
— Who truly pays the heaviest price?
— And most importantly — what is our responsibility as people living in a world at war?
